well I'm here but wont be for final count. Wave we have had this problem with no kills on day one for the last three games now or at least with in three games. I would have to agree that it was because the ones in charge were not here, my reason for this is because the other two times I was mafia and was not on first night and no kill was posted so I will follow your lead on the who was and wasnot here.

Anyone who wasn't on, and I seriously did not check the memberlist last night, which I will correct the next time, is only suspect of being the godfather because there was no night kill. Think we went over that

The 'no mafia kill' has yet to be intentionally used as a dodge. It's always in the best interest of the godfather to knock off an innocent townie, at least at the beginning.

I'm not sure what all the "there was no kill N0" commotion is all about. There are several possibilities:
1) Doctor protection -- unlikely, but possible.
2) Failed submission -- also not very likely.
3) No mafia action allowed N0 -- I've seen it before.

Also, we know that tubby216 allows the night action submissions any time. So I feel the "so-and-so wasn't on" argument is weak sauce.

Doctor protection = very unlikely.

Failed submission = not getting that one (don't get it)

No mafia action allowed = that would be the roleblocker which would only be a mafia action in this game. The mafia would choose to role block a townie not themselves.

Failed Submission = "Oh crap! I forgot to send in my night action!!"
