PostSubject: Appalachian Mountains   Mon Jul 06, 2009 10:22 pm

I am planning a trip to the Appalachian Mountains along the trails. It should be a nice relaxing few days in the wilderness. I've got all the supplies we need . . . a few tents, bug spray, food, refreshments (of various methods of consumption), my guitar for around the camp fire, etc. Hopefully we will have a great crowd!! I will have to assign some of you roles to assist with the festivities. I promise that it won't be too much work, but I do need a little help.

Registration for this event will be available until Friday, July 10 at 9 PM (widget time). Role PMs will be sent at that point. If you do not retrieve your role prior to Sunday, July 12 at 9 PM (widget time), your role will be given to someone else. The exception being that you let me know ahead of time that you won't be able to check it during that time frame. The game thread will open at that point. Each day will last for 36 hours, ending at 9 PM (widget time). Nights shall last 12 hours, ending at 9 AM (widget time).

This is a closed set up. I will not announce any roles prior to the game. Once I know how many people are involved, I will let you know what kind of dangers you may be facing during this adventure. (Don't worry . . . it's the Pennsylvania wilds . . . not Chicago . . . where all those mean people live.)

Registration is now closed. "Packing lists" are being sent. If you do not retrieve your PM before Sunday, July 12 at 9:00 PM widget time, you will be excluded from the trip as I may have to make adjustments to keep this adventure fun and safe.

Roles have been sent. The game thread will be opened around the role pickup deadline.

ENJOY!!!

Thanks for the replies; it provided some entertainment. There is only one player who has not picked up the role PM . . . it is still sitting in my OUTBOX. (That's how I could tell whether or not each of you had received it. Wink ) Thanks for the replies though!!! Very Happy
