Jeez...okay...you seem to be ready to lynch me up a tree without looking at the facts....

1. last time I made an error by sending a PM to the wrong person (I was a little pissed with the screenshot thing and not paying attention to whom I sent it to)
2. wave did a very noble thing and left the game, and I thank him for that, although he was a little pissed that I had done it, understandable....

However, does this not show you where his real thoughts are now??

wave votes Kist 1st and when I call him out about the personality issues he has with him and make my first vote wave, he quickly comes out with this fabricated story about receiving another PM and changes his vote to me...

why?

Is he still upset about last game?
Was my calling him out and voting for him the issues?

Look at the facts people, please...wave is quite happy to say he will be proven right, but I think he is using a similar strategy to what I used last time....

What was that strategy....tubby touched on it....wave gets the town to lynch me, mafia gets a free go, the town has now lost 2 innocents and is down to 12 people, of which 3 or 4?? are mafia. The following night the town lynches wave as the true mafia and the remaining mafia take out another...town is now down to 10 people of which 2-3?? are mafia...and we are none the wiser as to who they are.....

Last time I played this card and it would have worked if not for the screenshot...with no screenshot this time around wave is secure in the knowledge that he can't be proven as mafia like last time...

Guys you really need to read more into this really excellent strategy that wave is doing....please take him out, make wave your lynch vote and you will see that I am right (I mean really Mafia 2 times in a row...give me a break)

I find this whole thing highly suspicious, I suggest that we lynch Tal for today and whoever is our cop investigate wave tonight and come out if he is in fact guilty I know it's unusual for the cop to reveal himself/herself so early but for the chance to bag 2 mafia this early on and given that we may have a doc to protect him I thinks its the smart play.

Wow, this is an exciting first day!

Seems like either Wave or Tal is mafia.

Can't think why Wave would come out like this in the first round if he were mafia. But if we lynch Tal and he's innocent, then we'll get wave the next night, though I wouldn't be surprised if Wave dies tonight by mafia hand.

Either way we'll get a mafia today or tomorrow. There's no reason for a mafioso to fabricate such a story in the first round - we're notoriously good at lynching ourselves early on without that much help. So... I believe Wave.

Hmmm iim not so sure about wave there seems to be something odd aabout the was he is playing this time... it almost seems like wave and talhun are using the same angle in this game... as in could they be working together. hmmm i really don't know...

I must say that I do really hate this stuff happening, but I can only sacrifice myself so many times (well, once, anyway) due to Mafia slip-ups. I'm only human and town.

I really gotta say that the last time I received the Mafia PM by mistake I was not pissed at anyone. Stuff goes wrong and oh well. I feel I did the right thing then.

As far as conspiracy is concerned, c'mon. How friggin' stupid would it be for two Mafia members to come out swinging at each other at the beginning of the game?

Anyway, unless I get doc protection I imagine I'll be watching the game from the Bar & Grill soon. That's life and death in Mafialand. It's not always a pretty site.

If the cop wants to investigate me then that's their choice. Isn't it a bit early for the cop to come out? But, whatever. Maybe they can investigate me and come out only if I am found to be guilty. Coming out is always a risk for the cop, right? But it may be worth it if I'm proven to be guilty on an investigation.

Lets assume for a second that Wave is Innocent (which I Believe)

Who else might be scum?

The Stimp-Epod battle is a little interesting.. but I get a Town-Vibe from both of them.....

look i wanna believe you i really do. I see no evidence of a fued of this maginitude between you and talhun (at least there wasn't any in the last game) But it seams like a sound thought an awesome stragey and placed at the perfect time. but every time you come out in defense of this lil theroy of mine is suspect, I mean if we lych talhun and he is guilty then majickaly it makes you correct. and we have nothing to fear according to you, but with everyone being so active on the baord this time around one must assume that the doc would be active too, so the cop should be safe if the doc is really good and hide and seek. wich i was reminded of the theroy of last game no lurkers equals active doc. plus if you are found innocent by the cop agian you are cleared and i spend the rest of the game appologizing to one of my biggest mentors form the last game lol.


p.s. why would the mafia kill you at this point since the town or the majority of us is confused about your innocence there by takin the heat off them, and givin the scummies more time to plot and plan

I have no personal bad feelings for talhun69. I consider him to be a friend. I know that this happened completely by mistake. Unfortunately it's the second time it has happened and this time I will take full advantage of it. This is also my way of telling him what I would have liked to do in a PM, but I am not allowed to PM anyone but the moderator.

Re Epod~Lady:
Well I know that talhun69 is Mafia and this is one of the things he said in his desperate attempts to correct the damage he has done to his team and himself:

This is his attempt to try and give the town the impression that I have some kind of partnership with another player which would lead one to believe that I would be Mafia as only the Mafia have partners. He used Epod~Lady in this attempt which kinda leads me to believe that she is probably innocent.

I agree tal or wave is mafia or both. and if they are both innocent then the sooner they are gone this pointless argument will be gone. But I highly doubt it.

I'm thinking along the same lines as tubby and fiend. I think both Wave and talhun are scummy. Wave, i think, is trying to replay the game where he led the town to a great start by offing a mafia member straight away. I just don't believe that tal would have messed up again.

I also still think Epod is scummy, given her use of present tense in the post where she says she'll kill who she wants etc.. also from the chatbox yesterday when I first called her Mrs Mafia, she was happy and stated that she liked the name. Now who would be happy to be called Mrs Mafia if they wee innocent ?

I expect this will be my last post in this game, given her track record of killings. Maybe a little protection might find itself my way and I'll be able to post tomorrow. That is if we have a doc ofcourse.

The same goes for our cop coming out, we may not have a doc to protect us at night.

The sun sets and never has a town seen such an active and loud first day, but here we are.

Wave thinks he heard talhun whispering what was clearly Mafia plots and when he ran up to see who he was talking to he actually bumps into him and can't see anything else...

What Wave heard was enough to run back into the main hall where everybody was gathered and shout at the top of his lungs: "TALHUN IS MAFIA!!!"

Skeptic that a Mafia member could commit such a rookie mistake, which we know that some other (other?) Mafia member made in the past, they don't believe Wave right away. However, as hours go by, and with no better theory at hand, fingers start pointing one by one to talhun. Except for Stimp, perhaps a pacifist; Ann R. Kist, perhaps just asleep or indifferent and Talhun himself who was pointing at Wave.

Talhun defends himself all day and presents all the arguments he can think of to try to prove his innocence... surprisingly, he doesn't really physically resist being taken to the gallows, maybe because he's too busy thinking of new ways to try to convince the townsfolk of his innocence.

In any case, Talhun is hung until dead... Wave moves through the crowd desperately searching through talhun's pockets... Last minute doubts, perhaps? ... Until he finds a piece of paper that says. "So welcome back home, brother Talhun. Who do you think we should kill tonight?"

Wave shouts: "I rest my case!"

I'm glad you all liked the Day Phase deadline idea.

About the No-lynch vs. Blank vote thingie... I meant blank votes counting opposed to the no-lynch. In a 14 people town I need 8 "no-lynch" votes for a no-lynch.

Deadlines are indeed per site clock.

Speaking of which, Night Phase will last approx 45 more minutes... I want to go to bed.
