A stressful, but productive day for HowardRoark. He finally gets some free time and cranks up the new season of Weeds. OMG the first episode really sucked. Hope the second one is better, he thinks.

Outside someone is circling the perimeter. They get zapped once and then twice. Howard hears the commotion and looks out at his lawn and sees someone fleeing.

Seems that the doc has placed protection onto Howard and the scumbag that was intent on killing him was thwarted in their attempt.

Here's the story . . .

On Friday night I enjoyed the Pens victory. Saturday I was shooting guns, drinking beers, and playing poker (an awesome guys' event ) until the early morning. I came home Sunday and fell asleep. I missed my investigation because of that. I thought I would awaken prior to night phase to read the thread and submit my choice, but . . . *sigh* . . . my first time as a cop, and I blew it.

Night 2, I investigated wildirishrose. She is innocent.

Last night, I investigated RaandJ04. She is innocent.


My role PM stated that we are looking for a two player scum team: 1 GF, 1 Goon.

well epod it's you luckie or dustin. since it's a goon left it's obviously not raand (many many appoligized i thought it was), me, or howard. and dustin would have NEVER let night 1 go by without a kill. and i still really don't think it was luckie. so that leaves you.

I agree about Dustin with one exception.....he doesn't like to vote on the first night and without his godfather to make the decision it could still be him....but Im going to go with Epod sry chicken...

We are at 3+2 vs 1 (3 confirmed plus 2 unknown vs 1 scum). I declare a mass claim starting with Epod~Lady. After you claim, you pick who goes next. The doctor must claim and town must be honest for this to work.

Scenario 1a
The doctor is counterclaimed and we lynch the real doctor. NK doesn't matter. The counterclaimer (scum) is lynched tomorrow. TOWN WINS!

Scenario 1b
The doctor is counterclaimed and we lynch the fake doctor (scum). TOWN WINS!

Scenario 2
The doctor is not counterclaimed and becomes confirmed and we lynch town. (4+0 vs 1) Night kill doesn't matter. We lynch the scum. TOWN WINS!

We can't lose!

I think it would be obvious I am innocent I have been trying to get guido lynched all day I`m the reason he is dead no one was even talking about voting for him till I started the bandwagon, it is strategic for the mafia to lynch one of there own only after they are widely suspected not when the town is utterly ignoring them.

Anyway there's one other scenario to contemplate what if when the godfather was killed the goon became promoted to godfather? not sure if we can get mod confirmation on this but it has happened before if that's the case then while rose is confirmed innocent raand and anyone else investigated from this point on should still be viewed with slight suspicion until we actually get a conclusive "guilty" verdict. anyway as far as role claiming goes I am just an innocent worker.

Yes, Epod~Lady's claim seems off, but we'll have to wait for a counterclaim. Obviously wildirishrose isn't . . . or she would have mentioned it.

@Dustin: You are correct . . . I did not think of a promotion scheme and it could make sense as far as balance goes. However, I think and really hope it is not in play. Even if that is true, we still have a huge probability of winning. (Did I mention I am an idiot for sleeping in and missing the first night's investigation? That would have solved this.)

@Luckie & @RaandJ04: Claim ASAP.

sorry didn't know i wasn't suppose to bring that up. but no i am not claiming doc. but as you have proven i am innocent. for the actual name of my innocent role i do not want to say until everybody has claimed. since if there is a promotion then i am the only confirmed innocent with the role name. i want to see what other people say it is first.

you are most certainly not the doc..... cuz i am. i protected howard......... for the simple reason that i knew mafia would try to kill him because he is there biggest threat and he claimed a little early and we needed him. i was going to protect ra because i just had a feeling she was innocent i saw nothing guilty about her posts and i didnt want us to vote out another townie. but keeping the cop is more important ( no offense intended ra) if there is one mafia left the odds are he will find them.

at a side note i think what he means ra (cuz i was cop last game) is that if the mafia goon got promoted you cannont see if they have a gun therefore would look innocent when investigated... at least thats how it was last game

OH GOD you guys are gonna LOVE THIS ,,, I'm Not the Security Guard LOL I'm the Park Medic..... I was so zombified last night , I didn't want to have to think or spell much, so, I copied and pasted the the words of my role last night from my PM (Just the name of the role though , nothing else) I acidentall Copied the name of the person I was protecting ,instead of my own .... I'm in the last two weeks of my course, so, after school my brain hardly works. But ya I'm the Medic LOL and notice how Luckie didn't come out with anyting other than "Doc" ... We all know the names aren't Vanilla in this town.

In answer to mafia promotions: The park security guard knows from what I've said whether or not that is a possibility.
