MAFIA THE GAME

It looks like our town has split into two factions -

No-Lynch vs. Kill All Lurkers

But instead of following either of these plans, we've turned on each other and put the most vocal proponents of both theories up for lynching.

The mafiosos must be having a great laugh at us!

I have my doubts as to whether either camn or thefiend are guilty, and am not interested in lynching either of them.

After reading Dustin's post in the ghost thread I've decided to respect his memory by sticking with what I still believe is the best option - Kill All Lurkers.

Catching up on the thread there’s 2 things I should probably respond to, each of which were made in after my vote. One person mentioned me “attacking” and the other mentioned that I had a “grudge”. For the first, c’mon…no one would call any of my post an attack, unless voting for someone constitutes an attack. That leaves 2 possibilities, it’s a calculated over reaction or they are over sensitive. IMO, either is suspect. The second was someone mentioned me having a grudge. Again, c’mon….It’s tiring repeating myself every game but I hold NO animosity for past play. I have no problem putting a GAME into perspective.

My vote will stay for Camn.

Yes, statelywayne. You had mentioned boondox before and I had forgotten in the big 'thefiend or camn' threshing that is going on. I think it may be kinda late for so many votes to shift, but I cannot argue your totally valid point. I totally agree that this other lurker should go for the good of the town. If the votes do shift enough in that direction tonight, re boondox, then I will join in.

If not then I will certainly vote boondox in the next round without question (if I don't die).

It would be interesting if the mafia tries to tie the votes, depending on Camn's guilt or innocence of course.

I have looked into my crystal ball and I foresee a tied vote draks.

We'll see, I think whoever forces a tie with their vote would be giving us innocents a lot of info. In my book that COULD mean Camn was guilty, as well as the person forcing the tie. It's a little early to say that but you did mention crystal's balls for some reason.

I think a tie is pro-mafia.
AND I don't think theFiend is scum anymore, so I won't vote him. I think mafia would be silly to throw such a huge assault on me. . because they KNOW I'll turn up innocent.

a) lack of logic. Usually he is logical, but this game making weird assumptions.

b) Taking apart my posts on semantics. This is unlike you. I feel you are just building little justifications for your mislych.

c) saying Eclipse is scum if he doesn't vote for me or Fiend. Setting up an accusation before someone even posts is scummy. What if he thinks we are both innocent? should he vote for me just to stay out of your sights?

So, to me, at best you are working against the town. But you are probably scum.

Man I love days like this! I could switch my vote and tie things up. Or I could switch my vote at the last minute and get somebody lynched, i could really throw a wrench into things today. Hmmmm. Or maybe I have given up my anarchistic ways and am just going to stay with my Stimp vote.

What I said about elipse's vote, comes from my subconcious I suppose. Remember I voted him yesterday, He came out very heavy defending that single vote, something an inexperienced player would do if they were indeed mafia and feared for their life.


I couldn't care less about the two votes against me, if the town wish to vote me instead of camn or fiend then please go ahead.

I will welcome an investigation from our cop and have nothing to fear.

Shoot, you are right. I confused you with theFiend for a second there.. . and read your post as pro-Nolynch. Upon reread... I am less suspicious of you.

Maybe, but it's also a great way to get information which we presently lack. If you think I'm guilty then you would probably have to assume Camn is also. If if your mafia it doesn't matter much becasue you have the information already.
