Sorry but I only did the right thing at EOD by allowing a second BW choice. My guido vote was a fish vote anyway and was obviously going nowhere. Crystal was 100% inactive and already had a vote on her.

Also you are incorrect on me voting for Crystal today I did not. I accept that this is an honest mistake.

Ok, I realize I'm going from bad to worse here but how in the world does somebody get to "pass their vote" to someone else because they are going to be gone??

Does ANYONE else see this so like so totally wrong?

Look obviously Wave has a grudge against me right now but I think we can look beyond that to see how this "letting someone else vote for me too" system is just against how the game actually works.

Somebody agree with me or I think I'm playing in the wrong game.

Its how we've always played it that its up to the player's discretion on wether or not he wants to proxy as well as its up to the recieving player on if they want to accept the other vote.

it does not happen often but it does happen. especially in this board where we do not take replacements (like on MS) if we took replacements then i would simply replace guido out.

I agree it's not the best method but as tubby said on occasion when someone is briefly unavailable they may proxy there vote to someone they believe is trustworthy for a day or so, this is not bullet proof however wave may very well be mafia so it carries big risk.

It would be easier if we knew if there was indeed a kill that was thwarted by the doc last night, but I think that's doubtful. The chances that the doc and the mafia both both placed their protection and kill respectively on the same individual is extremely slight with it being the first night and with the small amount of participants. This leads me to believe that there were no mafia around to place a kill request for last night. Hence all of those that were here are more than likely innocent.

So I won't be voting for any of these players too soon (or at all). Sorry, Lamont, but you did seem very bloodthirsty from the get go and you were making very wild accusations based out of IMO nothing. However there was no night kill and you were around to place one if you were the mafia. I believe you to be innocent as well as Nicolet, Howard Roarke, and Killa.

But no thoughts on how I'll vote yet. Still early in the day.

Yes, Epod, I remember seeing you actually even sign into the chat area though you made no posts there either. I had forgotten about that until you just mentioned it. I imagine that if you were mafia you would have been attentive to the kill request. But if you were feeling too happy to post, well who knows?

Okay, granted that if one of the newbies was mafia and their partner was not in attendance than maybe they wouldn't go ahead with a kill request on their own (as Dustin suggested). Mind you I don't think that Lamont_Cranston would have had any hesitation, lol.

It's obvious that not everyone who wasn't around looks "quilty as hell". There's only a couple of mafia after all. But in my mind everyone who was around looks pretty squeeky clean to me for my stated reasons. I'm holding on to my previously stated "presumed innocent" list for now. These are people I think very unlikely to be scum and I won't be voting for them with my or any one else's vote. At least not tonight.

P.S. Thanks for your proxy, Guido. I'll try to use it wisely.

Well I am looking at this a little deeper.

I have come to realize that the "everyone who was here is innocent" argument is probably correct (because there were SO MANY inactives) but it still does not hold water and might even be seen as a mafi argument.

Put yourself in this position. If you were mafi on N1 and were here, would you have killed anyone? Before you just say yes, think about the fact that you would be practically FoS-ing yourself by doing so. I would say that an experienced player would NOT kill.

I just have this question. Should Wave as an expert player have realized this and should he have posted so by now?

If I were Mafia and I were around last night I would have initiated a kill request and I would have pointed out that there were only a few that hadn't posted anything at all since this thread started which was Saturday night. It would be easy enough for a Mafia member to place a kill request on Saturday night if they knew they would or might be too busy to get back to the game.

My point is that if there were any around at all during the last couple of hours there most certainly would have been a kill request made by one of these individuals. Whether or not the scum were amoung the ones that hadn't posted at all or some other scenario is beyond my knowledge. It is possible that a single Mafia member wouldn't place a kill request on the basis that there were some no-shows, but not enough no-shows to make anything obvious as far as I would be concerned.

Wave is a good player but is very easily manipulated. It is so easy to get him worked up that he doesn't think rationally sometimes.

I would listen to Dustin as the most level headed experienced person if your looking to follow someones lead, personally I think he might be mafia this game though.

Crystal is pretty flaky she will be very active then miss a couple votes in a row, happens all the time.

Epod, I never trust anyone who likes dogs that much, and she also seems to have a drinking problem.

Guido, rose, tubby: you never know with those three, sometimes they are getting along and can be effective, but then again sometimes they don't but out of the three Rose seems to have the best intuition.

Kist: You can never trust me, never.

Everyone else is new to me unless they changed there names. So I am treating all of you like noobs until I see differently.

And don't post so many accusations noobs, when you do that you're bound to get one of them right and then that person will target you, lay low and just look for things that don't seem right.

welcome back Rose glad to see ur feeling better. again i am still new but i am on a track of thinking that Wave is scum. there is an over explanation of something in every post. by letting everyone know how you analyze the game, IMO is not a very good strategy of looking innocent.

I'm still trying to get caught up i'm on page three. but there is one thing that dustin and nobody from my scanning down has brought up. another possible reason for there to be no mafia kill is that the mafia is experienced players. every kill they do gives us more clues to go on. it's happened on here before that if there is no lynch the mafia passes on their kill for the night. so with dusin not mentioning that it could be an experienced player move which would include him it's not sitting right at all.
